NON-RIDER ENTRY
Family and friends are welcome to come and support their riders and share the complete experience. Non-rider companion packages can be pre-booked online @R9450 pp sharing.
Companions will share Guesthouse or Glamping tent accommodations in central Nieu Bethesda.
Friday: A light lunch is available upon arrival, and dinner will entail a Lamb Spit Braai.
Saturday: You can look forward to a Karoo breakfast, locally made cheese & salami platters with craft beer for lunch, and the three-course Karoo-inspired dinner paired with a funky owl-themed dress-up party.
Sunday: Includes a Karoo breakfast and a celebratory gourmet burger lunch.
*All beverages, including craft beer, gin, wine, etc. for the duration of the event are complimentary.
*Please keep in mind menu changes might occur due to local stock and seasonal availability.

Companions can look forward to a unique Owl-inspired garment which will complement the look of the riders and their one-of-a-kind Owl Route T-Shirt.
VISIT THE OWL HOUSE: Explore the whimsical Owl House during your stay in Nieu-Bethesda. You will discover the artistic genius of Helen Martins in her house of wonder.
DO A BEER TASTING: Enjoy a complimentary beer tasting on the second-day lunch at Two Goats Deli and Brewery.
VISIT THE ART GALLERIES: Nieu Bethesda has a rich artistic culture and embraces it through Helen Martins and her Owl House where several artists have taken inspiration from her work. Their artwork is on display in many galleries across town.
GO FOR A DONKEY CAR RIDE: Take a ride with Jakob van Staden in his donkey car.
TAKE A STROLL THROUGH TOWN: Walk along the historical water furrows into town and discover the many delights the town has to offer such as arts and crafts, coffee shops, the Owl House Museum and much more.
Each companion will receive a locally made handmade souvenir.
